Tuning for compression

If I bump my compression from 10.7 to 11.2 what changes would need to be made to tune? Reduce timing? I have a stock cam LS3 with boltons and high lift rockers. Planning to do heads and increase compression and trying to figure out what would need to be done to tune.

it shouldn't make a difference, but remember everything you change something it alters how everything works together, touching up the tune will "optimize" your changes

It prob works just fine but will be taking in more air so watch out for air fuel ratio and as far as advance timing get as much as you can with out knock.
