I think the largest piston you are safe to use is 4.030 with a 4.03x bore on the lq4 best to keep on small side for safety if planing boost.

Sorry its 4.0100 piston size not 4.100
and i want to know how much to bore cylinder wall

Best is to call piston manufacturer with the piston part number is my suggestion they will tell you what they recommend.
