HB is easy to pull with a standard 3 jaw puller, but when you put the new one back on, do not use the HB bolt to draw it back on the shaft. the bolt will not enough thread engagement to the shaft threads, and you will strip the shaft threads.
You need to use a HB installer tool to seat the HB on the shaft, then you can isnstall the new OEM bolt with diamond washer and torque it to spec.

Also that comes in handy is a fly wheel lock.
Lastly, since the Powerbond is going to come slotted for a crank key, make sure to full the HB slot with some RTV before you install the bolt (enough to seal the slot, but not too much that your flowing it out the back side of the slot).
As for the HB Bolt, loctite and the stock OEM streach to torque bolt with diamond washer is still the best (one time use).
