small hesitation

I have a 2007 zo6 427 with a e-force supercharger and meth injection, im experiencing a small hesitation at 4000 rpm to full throttle. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Pull plugs, check gap, and for any issues with them, or just replace them with new plugs since they are so cheap.

Past that, check wires, fuel trims, and intake leaks.

Plugs and wires are new, it goes lean for a split sec at 4000 rpm then runs strong the rest of the way. I was wondering if could have anything to do with the meth injection maybe getting a little shot of air

If the check valve is working correctly, it should not.

New plugs and wires doesn't mean good plugs and wires.

I would bet on fuel trim issues. You say it goes lean. I assume you have a wide band hooked up
