Hey Guys,

I just wanted to bump this up and let you guys know that we have officially released this radiator! Thank you for following along with the development, and for your presale orders! Those of you who did order this on presale, if you haven't already, you should be receiving shipping notifications!

Thanks again, and looking forward to seeing the installed photos!

The email I received mentioned something about a 10-14 day delay, is that something I should be a concerned about or an automatically generated response?

That's a great question! Our warehouse is running a little behind at the moment, but typically the delay is much shorter when it comes to our presale releases. We're looking into where these orders are at now, so we can get them on your 'Vettes ASAP! I'll keep you guys in the loop!

got it installed. 08 Z06 lsx ysi combo. i had to cut tabs off the top for my prospeed fans and ysi inlet pipe to fit but no big deal. install went easy. fitment was perfect and now with oil cooler integrated the fitment is much better than stock with the factory oil cooler out. im in south Louisiana and we had bit cold front this weekend so its only 87F outside moderate humidity. temps got up to 217 while coolant was leveling out and then dropped and maintained 180 with AC on. my car has NEVERRRRR maintained this temp with ac on at idle. usually at 210F. next week should be back in mid to high 90s so ill go run it hard then and get more data on performance. so far great product and great engineering. start to finished to swap radiators and cut tabs took 3 hours.

Looks like a great product! Maintaining 180 degree water temp would be really nice, especially on your boosted application.

Gameover 4 what radiator did you have in before stock one? Also did you have the prospered fans already in before when you had the 210 with AC on.

yes i had stock zo6 fan and radiator after build and the car could not idle for extended periods with ac on without overheating. i did the prospeed fan and it could then maintain 210-212 idle. cruising temps anywhere from 210 to 230 stop and go traffic 220-235. it suppose to get to mid 90s this week so ill test this one out.

Sounds like one heck of a radiator upgrade!

I’m interested to know if you saw any changes in oil temps as well, as mine currently run a bit high. I have a C6 Z51 so I believe my oil cooler is built into the radiator, not sure about the C6 Z06..

the z06 external oil cooler was already over sized for street use, alot of times it take 30+ mins for my oil to reach 200. i didnt pay much attention to warm up time bc i tested idle temp again (which was 185 after 35 mins) but while running it maintained coolant temps it went up after the hits i made but fell back to 200 quicker than coolant. i then went make few hits but temp was only 86F outside. it cruised around 198-201F. i made a 60-160 hit, burn out and 0-140, then another 60-160 hit pretty much back to back. i was able to get the coolant temp up to 221F all of this with the AC on and set to 60. after all the hits i put back in 6 gear headed home and withing 15 seconds temps trended downward and was back to 203-205 within 3 minutes.
stock radiator and prospeed fans would of been 235-240 after these hits and wouldn't cooled down unless i put AC off. and then would take along time just to get back to 220.

so far im happy with product, really want to get some 95-100F high humidity weather to really put to test.
also take in mind my build, LSX YSI 1000rwhp build which generated alot more heat than some others.

Wow! That’s some serious cooling capacity with that much power, will certainly pay dividends to your oils health and overall engine life a LOT.

Looking forward to seeing how well their Z51 style radiator works.

Glad to hear that it's working well for you! We'd love to hear how it handled the extreme heat too!

We did an all inclusive design so that is our Z51 style

How much did the install run you?

Without going through the entire thread what's the point of this radiator?

Double the core thickness over the OEM radiadtor and fittings different cooler applications, including ones that may not have been included with the car.

Any updates from any other owners?

The price seems right, so I'm looking to get one for my 2008 Z51 considering I have some leaky oil cooler lines and would like to get some replacement lines but ditch the external cooler. Not sure how the factory lines connect to the rad since they will mount at a completely different angle, but I'm assuming it works.
