A little different catch can setup .... No breather on the top of the MM catch can ... The breather is on the valve cover

^^^The setup you have would never work on an LS3 with the stock air intake as your catch can is mounted where the Helmholtz chamber is located.

The Elite can works with or without the Helmholtz chamber. Elite did a good job in engineering a nice mounting system for their can and the LS3 engine.
