One of my lifters is shot for sure but can I get away reusing these lifters and replacing the one shot one? Ive attached pictures of the worst ones. They are out of stock everywhere and I really dont want to spend $800 on new lifters from the dealer.
Yeah, it would be nutso to just replace one lifter. At a bare minimum, I'd replace cam, all lifters, and trays. You have to pull the heads to replace a lifter. Fix it right or you'll be right back in there.
