Gen4 engine block
Question: I have an 07 LS2 Corvette. Can I use any Gen4 block like an LS3 or LY9 and still use the cathedral port heads??
I've read that GM stopped producing the Gen4 LS2 blocks

I'm curious if all the LS2 wiring harness, sensors etc will work on an LS3 block? I'm pretty sure the LS2 heads will work on the LS3 block. Some aftermarket cathedral heads outflow the stock rec port heads.

I believe they will as long as the LS2 has a 58x wheel. Base on the chart above I'll use a LS3 block with my LS2 heads.
