Default Transmission wizard??

Well I guess I’m not the mechanic/tech I thought I was!! And apparently I need to stop listening to my friends advise!!

Everyone said order a circle D put it in the back of the car and my 60’ times will greatly improve if I can grab traction leaving the line at a higher rpm!!
I don’t know.. I don’t notice much of a difference.. think it may need a tune now!?!?

i knew there was more to it than just throw it in and boom 1.9 60’ to >1.5 60’

every change you make requires a tune, an auto even more so.

Circle D for the win! It lowered my 60ft. on my 4th Gen F-body from 2.1 to 1.5 when I went to a D/R and the 4000 Circle D converter. Stock stall and street tires

Wow!!!
that is effin bada$$!!!
Yes!! I was just making a joke.. I have had the converter since Christmas time.. and this winter sat on my rear and just procrastinated!
I was wondering who would notice it was still in the box in the trunk?? Lol

Was spinning on street tires then leaving like a dog on nitto nt05r with the stock converter!
1.9 60’ but 104mph through the traps and the next 600’ was over in 5 more seconds!
So your experience is exactly what I’m shooting and hoping will happen!!
been thinking about launch control too but…

NO BAD WORDS ABOUT CIRCLE D!!
hope that’s not what was taken out of my joke!
I was just trying to bring some light into todays world!
please forgive me if anyone took offense that I joked in a forum where I have gone for tips and tricks and plenty of great guys giving awesome advise!
