Do they have a set up that can use the clutch in first gear and after that no need for clutch just tap it into the rest of the gears?

Not for cheap. Best bet is to practice with what you have now. Can do it with the car off and parked. A shift light is extremely helpful when really trying to bang gears. Hand position is up for debate, the way I shifted my c5 with a short throw shifter doesn’t work well with my stock C6 shifter mostly because of the shift **** differences. Stick shift cars that are sorted and have a good driver can really surprise some of the automatic guys.

Short version, is tr56 and Tr6060 still need time for synchronize of the gears to match up, and by forcing the to mate up faster, just wears the sycro's out.

As for faster shifting manual trans, then your looking for a sequential trans instead.
The down side, straight cut gears, so lots of gear whine, very easy to over rev when banging back down on the trans, and not cheap. note, can be either still stick, or converted over to lever button shifting instead..

A sequential is the (expensive) correct answer.

Hi Colonel,
Yes, clutch still needs to be use, as well as the shifter lever...
Cutting the ignition, the way the WOTBOX is doing when well programmed, helped me to bring the shifting time in a shorter zone...and I use it only, when necessary, on recorded runs.
What I found really intriguing and remarkable is the % of diminished efforts to upshift with the WOTBOX...
I would never force a shifter to engage a gear up or down, since 50+ years.

This is not an alternative to a sequential gearbox manage nowadays by a very similar electronic system to N2MB in the principle, and the WOT Upshifting has some positive on supercharged engines, but also some attractive effect on NA engines.
I exposed an alternative that some might consider.
