Ongoing HVAC code
I have been having an issue with my mode door actuator on my 2008.I had the 0248 code for the mode door actuator.After some reading I decided to just replace it.All the posts said to drill a couple of holes to access the screws.I was able to do it WITHOUT drilling any holes in about 30 minutes.After I installed it I tried to recalibrate it with a Tech 2.It won't respond to the command and no movement of the actuator.I tested the old one and it will move in both directions.Does anyone know if the command goes through the control module in the dash?Could my dash module be the issue?Running out of ideas and look forward to any help or suggestions.I have another module but don't want to swap it if this isn't the issue.

I tested the new one before I installed it.Tested the old one when I took it out.Neither one will respond to the calibration command from the Tech 2.I am not sure if the signal is sent through the HVAC module but I assumed it was.If it doesn't respond from the dash control or the Tech 2,I would assume the dash HVAC module was the problem.
