Lol-what's wrong with conversation? Have as many goes as you want.
I'm little confused though, Livernois is asking if "I'm" suggesting if they dynoed those cars in a way to make numbers look favorable?
Why would anyone assume that from these posts?
All I said and I was pretty clear, is that there are some builds that are pure dyno queens meaning that the USABLE HP is much less than what it makes because of driveline constrictions. For ex I don't see reason to build a 1000hp car when it 1-can't put the power down 2-can't stay together if said power is put down.
That being said, all things be equal on 2 cars, 1-centri 2-TVS, I have to disagree with you but not in the way you would think
If both set ups make identical HP and said HP can actually be applied, I would argue the TVS blower would be the faster car in the 1/4 mile-or stop light to stop light.
Why?
Because the TVS makes its power through more of the rpm range, just like you keep saying. Things change with auto's with converter etc but still, same set ups the tvs has the better power curve.

I only made points about the centri because it seems to fit what the OP is looking for. You were the one that said centri's arent good down low and why would anyone want that etc etc and that's fine so we have that discussion but I honestly don't get where the f*ck this other stuff is coming from.

Exactly my point. better curve, less hp.

It just feels good? That's the point to make?
"effortless acceleration"? Is it much effort to put your foot down?

Anyway, this conversation has taken a turn unfortunately imo,
Least there is some good info for the OP to mull over plus I learned the pro cons of tvs and centri which I appreciate for sure so thanks for that anyway.
