I was just thinking about the HVAC module other than the radio…it’s connected somehow to your new head unit ??…which one did you buy ??

OHHHHHHH…. that explains it !!…I’m thinking it’s just the radio…maybe if this was mentioned I probably have told you to disconnect the HVAC wiring also…I’m not sure about the harness you’re using for the radio and HVAC so I couldn’t tell you much more…I’d like to see how this thing is wired…I bought the Kenwood DMX 908S…well it’s not your ignition switch so you’ll have an extra one.

If you didn’t do any rewiring for the install then I’d contact the manufacturer…it has to be how the serial data bus is wired by them if it’s all PNP…when you said you put all the wiring back to original I don’t know if that was just for the radio ??
