Upgrading for winter. Am I missing anything?

Don't do the gears. You won't want them with a PD blower. I did .3.73's in mine when I was on low boost and have since went back to 3.42's in a zr1 housing. With ported blower (Ironmask Airflow) SBE ls3 and a bigger cam then your doing I made over 750 lbs of torque by 2,700 rpm. If you're going to put some tires on it and take it to the track I'd do the ZR1 housing especially if you're changing housings anyways. You might look into a clutch tamer also.
