Full throttle issues?
I have a 2009 c6 auto base 3lt has around 47k miles and recently I floored it the engine shot up like normal but the car just didnt speed up and the rpm’s just bounced around the 5-6k range I’ve never had it do this before. I heard nothing unusual no check engine lights or any other issues that I can see. Not sure if this was just a one off fluke or something to be concerned about any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks 👍.

Would guess that have a torque converter that is not locking up correctly/trans is slipping instead.
Hence if tires broke free and traction control not shut off, then ecm should have clipped motor on its own (which would require the rear wheel sensors to show the tires spinning/breaking free to being with.
