Default Need Help from the Experts...

Good morning fellas! I hope all is well today. I am need of some help with a part / part number. I am in the process of completing my wide body front end conversion (rear is all complete). I am pre-fitting/installing everything on the front end to make sure it fits correctly before paint. I have hung the GS front fenders and have a new GM GS/Z06 bumper. I have installed my new Z06 Grille, installed a new ZR1 grille reinforcement, was in the process of taking off the piece called the front bumper fascia extension from my 2008 base bumper to move it over to the new ZO6 bumper. It appears that this part will not fit the new ZO6 grille/bumper. It appears the holes do not line up, the piece is to short, and the attachment points for the new grille are not in the proper location. I have taken the part number off of the base piece and called a couple corvette parts places and told them the part number and asked for the part number for the same piece for a Z06. They cannot seem to find the correct part number. These are large corvette deals such as Zip, Keens, and Contemporary Corvette. All were very nice and understood what I needing but were not able to provide me any part number or assistance. I have listed some pics below to help you better understand what I am asking. I looked through several of the wide body conversion listings on the forum (which I used a lot during this process) and none that I looked at showed replacing this piece. So...does anyone know the correct part number for this piece? I have taken a pic of the part number on the part I have and pics of what I am talking about here. Has anyone done this conversion that can offer some insight or can someone take a picture of the bottom of this piece that has the part numbers on it? Your bumper would have to be currently off to get to the bottom of this piece to get me the part number. ANY HELP is GREATLY APPREICATED!! I am a bit stumped by this lol...Everything else has good pretty smooth on both ends. Thanks again!

Black part called front fascia extension attaches to bottom and sides of grille as well as the bottom of the bumper (Pic is on base bumper)

You need an additional piece to connect the panels, part number 15822871:

Any time.

Note that widebody C6s have the underneath-the-car intake blocked off with a flappy insert. It may not be important in your case, but you might keep an eye on the coolant temperature to see if it changes. You can always add one later.

Torquetube would you or anyone have some pics or the repair manual diagram on how this piece attaches. I am trying to determine if I need speed clips and bolts or push pins or a combination of both. Also which way the clips or pins would be oriented up or down. I cannot find any good pics searching the forum or online. I am trying to assemble it correctly. Any help is appreciated!

The only drawings I have depict a generic fastener with no part number. You see that a lot on GM diagrams.

Without more specific guidance, I would use screws only where speed clips came pre-installed, and push-pin/push-rivet plastic fasteners everywhere else.
