Default LED Side Markers On ‘05

What am I missing here? Said these were plug and play for 05-13 but here’s what I’m looking at on the rear side markers…

Nevermind! I see now. Goes in place of the actual bulb!

Sweet, same as mine! I had a wtf moment too when I saw the plugs then was like duh!!! Are yours not flush with the bumper as well? My front left one is the worst for some reason… I’ve read there’s something on the back side you have to file down.

Great looking car! And yes, they don’t sit flush; the fronts definitely stick out farther then the rears. I saw a YT video saying the same thing so I think it’s just how these LEDs housings are.

Man your car is sweet, I seen the idle video too with the cam and slp loudmouths! mine is catless with a custom straight pipe exhaust. You’re local in Florida too? Sw here… Anyways I was thinking of taking the front one’s back off to file down the tabs but didn’t want to break the clips. I only paid $30 for all four so I can’t complain and they look sweet especially after blacking out my tails. I seen now they have the animation ones but decided on the regular led smoked lenses.

Thanks man! Yeah North Fl here. I will probably leave my side makers alone because like you said for $30 it’s hard to beat and I don’t wanna break em. And yeah, I did the tails today too. A couple little fitment issues on 2 of the 4 (loose, had to shim) but overall a solid eBay upgrade day!

Thats my next mod! I just blacked mine out and put in led bulbs. Oh yeah speaking of led, ever since I started swapping led’s i’ve been having electrical gremlins! “Service vehicle soon”. Amazing how you go from a stock classy looking C6 to downright badass looking with a few simple mods. Changes the whole demeanor.
