When a car's CEL is on, the thing to do is read what diagnostic codes it has registered. For that you need a code reader. Autozone or most other auto parts stores will read the codes for you for free.
Only then will you be able to have an idea of what the problem is. And then you can go about figuring out how to fix the problem.

I'll go out on a limb and say a 13 with 2100 miles needs a good fuel system cleaner and a good long highway rub. Change the oil and filter than warm it up by driving normally then drive it like you stole it.

Go to any parts store they will check it with their Tech II meter, and if you have Harbor Fright they sell very cheap!
