If you check Lou's post, he mentions that C5 headers fit, but not perfectly, as the engine hase been moved approx 3/4 in, and also the catback is no longer a bolt-on flange, but a slip fit joint. He said his car is now at Borla, where their header design is being modified for the C6.

Easy call Kerbek and pay the sticker. It can't be any easier than that. There are already serial numbers in the thousands and only a hand full of tuners that have them.

Your 91 Octane in CA. may have been the key. You may have been getting some knock retard. The LS2 is probably more susceptable to pre-ignition/detonation with it's higher compression ratio.
Also, don't you guys have that crappy oxygenated gas?
