No it's not, iif there is a gap between the fenders and the tire it needs to go lower, sportscars with gaping wheelwells don't look right.

driving down the road one time had a car on both sides and behind me saw something in the street and couldn't turn or slow down because the dick behind me would hit me. the object passed under the car to my serprise it cleared if i was 1" lower i'd be crying right now
