Some updated info
The factory lt4 crank pulley is 8.0 I have an ATI Procharger 8.09 pulley which works perfect with a .507 spacer.
If using the LT4 ATI blower pullies you run a .687 spacer. ATI has them in 5, 10, 15, 20%. This is ONLY needed of running an Wet sump. If a dry sump the same pullies on the lt4 work (no spacers required)
Are the .687" spacers sold anywhere or something that needs to be made?
Also did you have the part number for the edelbrock intercooler reservoir?
Thanks

I used a motorcycle spacer like this http://www.bikerparts-superstore.com/brakes-rotors-calipers/disc-rotors/rotor-spacers/11-16-in.-pulley-spacer-polished-aluminum-to-adapt-pulley-to-hub and just slotted 4 of the holes to make it fit the blower pulley... 11/16 is .687 exact...
i had the pilot hole slightly enlarged (machined) and worked like a charm
I'll get the part number for the reservoir... is cheap and large and doubles the capacity id the factory z06 setup... plus makes liquid changes very easy and fast
talked to a shop that does a lot of s/c work and conversions, and he told me why there are so many LT4 blowers for sale. i may change my mind on this swap.

I don't know what info you received, but the LT4 blower is a good blower and can make 700rwhp with boltons and a solid tune/fuel...
it gets a little hot when spinning the blower but that can be fixed VERY easily, just have to know what to do (simple fix)
plus you get OEM reliability out of it, not getting that with a turbo or centri kit, don't care who builds it......
Reason you see z06 guys ditching them is there power limited and they want more then 750rwhp and or different boost curve

my builder told me this morning, folks are replacing, yes, to make more power, but also the thermal temps were way to high on them, apparently on the 17s GM has cured the problem, i have no idea. just what i am being told. i still wouldn t hesitate to pick one up for my Stingray. he didn mention anything to me about how to solve heat problem. he also mentioned a charger off a Ls9 is a good choice also.
thanks for your input on this thread T/A very interesting.
