10 rib belts are limited in the sizes you can get, we like the new RPM belts from Gates but they are not available yet in your size. I'm most concerned with seeing how your tensioner looks, the % that it is off it's stop, than the adjustable idler. That's just there to take up or loosen the belt for different pulley combos with keeping the same belt.
I know you sold car, but I’m in a similar situation. What pulley combo did you use to solve the issue?
Hey I just responded to your PM, but as crazy as this sounds my car ran terrible that day at TX2K because I had two cracked heads. I attributed a dip in boost to an issue with the blower system / belt but the car ended up having two cracked heads and I had to put a new motor in it. The good old days

What are these different pulley sizes going to do? Getting the head unit to spin slower , faster? Does that change where the boost comes in or just for power?

Usually folks change up their pulley on their blower to gain more boost. Going with a smaller pulley requires changing the belt size.
