Paging A&A supercharger pros to the white courtesy phone...
So I'm in the process of planning out my next project. I've leaned heavily on going the A&A supercharger route with 1 7/8 long tube headers and 3" x pipe (plus a tune). I'm not looking or planning on adding any more power after this (not wanting to upgrade fuel supply, pistons, cam, etc. With that said, what would be my best options on head unit, pulley size, balancer, etc? Even though I said no thoughts of more power, I suppose I should never say never, however I'm not ever shooting for 1000hp
I read on a post somewhere within the millions of posts I've been reading, a suggestion on getting the Ti (I think), and a certain size pulley and certain size balancer, but I can't for the life of find that post now (it was a reply within a thread). So, what's the suggestions on those, to optimize this project and potentially leave a little room for future growth? Target right now is high(er) 500rwhp with just adding the A&A with LT headers and x pipe.

If you don't plan on going over upper 600 rwhp then I would do the SI head unit, even if you later do some octane or a cam to make mid 600 rwhp, it'll hit harder than a TI at that level.
For headers only pulley it for 7 psi max on pump gas, get an ls9 map sensor, and enjoy it. to give you an idea on power if it was on my dyno w/ 91 it would make probably 515-525 rwhp if an auto. Balancer wise, they provide an innovators west and just run the standard diameter ring at this level. We don't touch it until someone is built motor/heads/cam and we need that much blower rpm.
