If you do not like the new C7's styling

Age warfare is useless, every 90 year old was 16 at some point. If you pride yourself on being young and driving a vette, you're bound to be disappointed once you hit 30. You'll have to sell it and get a Camry you old man!
Wearing backpacks and tennis shoes has nothing to do with age. Some people still do it into their 40s.
It is about experience and knowing what looks good, and what doesn't.

Pretty slick. Didn't really blow me away tho. Seats look good. I guess I will really need to see it in person to get a solid opinion. Until then, I guess I am stuck with my 2013 ZR1

As for kids today, most all of them have driven nothing more than ecobox dorkmobiles. I'm sure they wouldn't know how to drive a high powered car. Put them in a car that shifts from 2nd to 3rd gear at 70 miles an hour and then blows the rear wheels into a violent burnout...they're very likely going to death city.

Yup...the C7 has become a "ricer." Thank God, my C5 still has one of the "slickest" and most aerodynamic styles made by Chevy...since then, looks like the stylists are going backward...the rear end definitely looks like a mix of the Camaro and Cadillac CTSV (or better yet it's starting to look like the Nissan GTR)...

Ricer,,, hmmmm you might be onto something. Honestly I find it strange how upset folks get when talking about a car they don't own. Good luck to you C7.
Will the base Vette be called a Sting Ray?

The C7 is nice until you get to the back. The interior is nice Until you try to look out the back.
To me the car looks to european. If I wanted a exotic car I would get an exotic car. I will be getting a C6 instead of a C7 when I decide to move out of my C5.
I am 32 yrs old and bought my 1st vette @ 29 yrs old.

its like the old guy Fred in the nursing home talking to two old friends. The first friend says, I cant pee, life just sucks. The second old guy says, I cant pee or crap, Life really is awful now. Fred, finally says, when I pee its like a gold shower. Lovely long streams. When I crap, it comes out in big and juicy clumps every morning like clockwork at 6 am. The other guys look at him and say, " so whats the big problem then"............ " I dont get up until 7!!!

Interior Styling
I think the issue is not money, but style execution. My guess is that the Corvette has everthing the NSX concept interior has (technology and material quality), it's just the NSX (and others) is cosmetically more attractive.

to the op: Sarcasm, i like it!
Random thought to everybody else: Is it really necessary to quote the same set of pictures 3-4 times? I notice that a lot on cf, not just in this thread. It seems 75% of the time, if a user is commenting on pictures, the only set of pictures in a thread, they feel the need to quote all of them again. We know which pictures you are commenting on already.
Sorry. Getting grumpy here in the senior citizens home. They canceled the matlock re-run marathon in the tv room and the orderlies are threatening to give me an enema if i don't have a bowel movement this week.
