Convertible Question.
Does anyone know if they will be available the same time as the coupe or will it be year later like it was with the C5? Also, the base C6 convertible is approximately 10K more than the base C6 coupe, is there any reason to think that it won't be the same for the C7?
My guess: start production late 2013, available at dealers Jan/Feb 2014. But I also picked Notre Dame.
Am already lined up to get 'vert as soon as orderable. Dealer will sell me at Supplier Discount (am retired Johnson Controls employee and so eligible). Trick on Supplier Discount (Employee Discount too, I'd guess) is to order it in SOLD status, which gets the car made the way you want it without counting against the dealer's allocations.
A lot of interviews at the NAICS and not one whisper of a convertible. Seems strange, if they are planning on getting one out fairly quick after the release of the coupe this coming summer.
