Is the C4 better than the C5 because it has more character? Does it really have more character?

Well, for that matter then, so is the C7............... Enjoy them all while we can......................

So how come you aren't there with yours.............. I guess none of us belong here, since NO ONE owns a C7 yet.........

It certainly has more character.

Mine, is more money sucking than the last 3 girl friends I've had, combined. I could have bought a C5 by now hehe.

is that "money - sucking", or "money, sucking,..."?

Punctuation is everything!

You ruined the joke. Now I have to explain it, I left it that way to leave it to your imagination and choice because either of those combinations would be fairly accurate at least with the nearly blown to pieces intake manifold gasket it currently has.

Because unlike others.. I actually talk about the C7 in the C7 section.

When I want to talk about my C6, I make sure to do so in the C6 section.

Pretty simple aint it

The difference is this thread started out comparing the two. One could argue it belongs in either section.

EXACTLY.

CF is not a general car review site; it's an enthusiast board. Real enthusiasts visit & participate in these type sites - in the sections of the series they personally like - or want to enquire about. They would never try to reduce a fellow enthusiasts glee for a particular model/series.

If you like the C6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 better than the C7... post in those sections. You'll get a pat-on-the-back.

Those that like to rattle others chains - can do that here:

Well no, this section is all about why you shouldn't save any money and pay more for C7 instead. I think the alternative description would amount to GM leg humping? Just guessing here...

So how does one compare the two without discussing the C6?

Just checked the title of this fine thread, it says C7 makes C6 obsolete. No, it did not say C7 makes all previous corvettes obsolete which both Tadge and C7 leg humpers could have easily state instead of aiming specifically at C6. WTF?

I'm sure they just assumed/inferred that logic applies sequentially in reverse chronology - which, from their perspective, it does.

Stop right now, agreeing with you does not give me a warm fuzzy feeling.

Isn't there a mod on this forum going by TACT? He should explain to Tadge and the leggies what his name means...
