Thanks Jim for your business! You're not first on the list but you are now on the list and you will be getting your number shortly!

We have a few other managers here as well as some of the Kerbecks also answering the phones and taking deposits as well and some people beat you to the punch!

Thanks for your reply, Dave. What about the second batch? When would you expect that to take place as far as anticipated delivery time? Is it possible to know yet?

I really appreciate your assistance.

How does courtesy delivery work?

Is there a cost for this?

Wouldn't mind dealing with Kerbeck but we have a trade-in and that's kinda hard to do when you're in a different state.

Just contact a local dealer and tell them that you want to do a courtesy delivery at that dealer. Just provide the delivery dealer info to the selling dealer.

In my area there is a charge for this but it is cheaper than having the car trucked cross country.

I did this when I bought my 2002 coupe and it is a painless process. The selling dealer does all of the paperwork.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Dave and Rich today. Happened to be at the shore (minutes away) when the word was sent out, so I stopped by. Great guys...extremely professional and knowledgable about all things C7 and beyond.

Do you recall approximately what you paid?

If plan to lease, can I still have courtesy delivery?

I paid $500 on the C5 and am paying $450 on the C7.

I can't answer the lease question.

Or maybe he is busy taking orders and putting food on his families table. I'll take a guess but I would assume it is some law in those states that makes it difficult for a NJ dealer to do business there.

I am sure with 507 cars to sell he has no problem putting food on the table.

I can honestly tell you first hand when I was there at 4:00pm today...the phones were non-stop and an endless amount of paper messages being dropped off for return calls. Its was insane and Dave commented to me that its going to take some time to get back to everyone.

I'm pretty sure they can't sell outside the US. It might be a franchise thing.

Default #33!

Dave, I was happy to meet you today and place my order -- #33 on the list. It's awesome to at least have a shot at a September delivery. It will be a long Summer in wait!

(I guess I'll have to get a new username now...)

507 @ MSRP = about 4+ million clear in the bank for Kerbek and that's a conservative number.
