Default Missing or not?

Here is a picture of my wife's C7 showing the Corvette Badge on the Drivers seat back but nothing on the passenger seat back. I know there has to be a badge on the passenger seat also. A Salesman friend said it should have a badge on both seats. Does anyone have a picture showing it should have the passenger badge?

Have you checked the back of the head of whoever sat in the seat last? But seriously, it should be there.

There was a picture a while back with a prototype with the emblem coming off. I think if you snag the edge of it, you can rip it off. It should be embossed or stitched on, rather than metal or whatever it's made from.

Seriously, how the hell did this pass QC? I just lost a lot of faith in the BG plant with this pic. This is clearly not correct, if they cant find this issue out in the QC process how can you trust them verifying everything else is good? That's just bad.

You'd think if one were ever on the seat it would leave some sort of mark. I can't see a sign of one ever being there in that picture.

Looks like a cheap piece of plastic. Too bad they didn't forget to install both. Should have used nice quality stitching like another member suggested.

Have they determined where the error was made in the dash case? In the ordering, order processing, build itself or delivery?

I believe the emblems are added to 2LT and 1LT does not have them. Seats got switched so my guess is there is a 1LT out there somewhere with a passenger side emblem seat which means it is likely an issue with two cars.

Since the forum seems to represent 10% of buyers I wonder how many others are out there. Two issues of ten percent of all cars when they have only shipped like 300-400 cars is kind of scary. We also have a report of one SEL, two rock chips from transport, and a broken windshield. Oh and missing Z51 cooling rings.

It was on his window sticker. BG plant installed the wrong one and QC missed it.

Then, quite clearly, whatever caused that needs to be remedied. Yesterday.

Why do you think some of us are waiting a year to get a car ? GM has never had a flawless launch in spite of what they want you to believe.
