I generally just lurk and learn here- but- my 2014 blade silver has absolutely no orange peal- if that is due to the clay bar process prior to a full sun tec wrap or just an odd ball nice paint job from GM is debatable. That said I was in a Lamborgini dealership yesterday- The new ones had great paint but some of the older models were terrible...go figure..mine cost 70,??$'s and the new ones were 350...I think I obtained a great car at a great price.
My 2015 looks good, uniform coverage with very little orange peel. There is about 3 small dust spots in it about the size of a pin head but you have to look super hard for them.
Your 2016 wearing silver looks perfect. Saw that silver yesterday and it looks excellent. Saw it first indoors and they moved the Corvette outside to and in the daylight it certainly beats the look of the Shark Gray that was also taken outside the showroom. The car had the competition seats and the seat bolster makes the seat way too uncomfortable. Hope the standard seat works better!
