Can you do something to help us? Our c7 RMMR1B Az has been at the railhead in Phoenix over a week. Supposedly it is still on the rail car blocked by another vette that has no keys. This is ridiculess, the car is in Phoenix and the dealership Autonation Glendale Az, says they can't do anything. Will I have to wait for snail mail or can you over nite some keys for the blocker so we can get our vette! Waiting since 12/09/13. Hope you understand my frustration. Someone needs to be held accountable. Will we see our c7 this week or not?

3400 is Broadcast for Production, which is the step just before the vehicle is produced. 3800 is indeed produced.

hello ladies. don't want to bother, but i'm curious. My order, RSCTM3 in NY went to 3000 roughly 2 weeks ago. last week i was still at 3000 but was given a TPW of 6/2. The waiting, as i'm sure you know, is killing me. Is there any use in checking in on the status to see when it goes to 3300, 3400 etc or now that i have my TPW should i just hold out, twiddle my thumbs and check in around that week to see when i'm produced? thanks for any advice.

Apologies for the delay. We still show RSCTM3 at 3000 - Accepted by Production Control, with a tentative TPW of 6/2. While we are unable to speculate on when updates occur, you're welcome to check in with us anytime at your convenience.

My car, RRRHDN was built last week and reportedly shipped according to the "track your order" on GM website but my dealer has told me that this is not the case....it's actually being held on site for quality control/inspection etc. Any idea of when I might be able to expect this car to be shipped/arrive at dealer and what might be causing the delay? I appreciate your looking into this! Thanks!

I thought I sent my last email to you 2 weeks ago (RMCG27 KY) when my car was built and Jennie sent me the VIN and build sheet. The status at the time was "4D00 on hold waiting for carrier assignment". It is only a two hour trip from Bowling Green to my dealer. Is there a quality issue or is this the normal time between manufacturing and shipping? The dealer reports "maybe this week". Is there anything more definitive you can report?
