I feel your pain. I'm in Vegas too. I'm wanting to do a museum delivery. But, not now.
I'm going to wait till Spring/Summer. I'm not hurting for the car at the moment either.

+1 on shipping it.

P.S. Let me know when you get yours in.

Plus do you really want to put that much mileage on your brand new car in 1.5 days?
Not to mention your bumper might get sand blasted.

I'm also in Vegas... I'm interested to see what route you go as I might be looking to pick up a Stingray in a few months.

Were there no local dealers or ones in closers states willing to match the price you got at Kerbeck?

Good Luck and keep us posted!
Thats the thing man, i went to all the dealerships here in Vegas and all but ed bozarth(they had a few but all autos) and i specifically want an M7, But they all had 1 sitting in the showroom and the rest were in transit already sold and first words out of their mouths were this one is sold and we aren't taking any orders, but if one becomes available we only are charging (insert addendum) over sticker. I went with Kerbeck because "A" they had the allocation and "B" they were selling at MSRP actually 2k under MSRP sold me.All i wanted was the NAV and NPP. Even the shipping costs won't come close to the 7500 or more these crooks are charging over sticker. And if i were to drive home its I 40 its much more scenic and theres alot of stops. I LOVE "LOVES'' rest stop.

Fairway told me they were selling at 10k over and i told the guy before i walked that i am already going to get raped at the DMV so why go for double penetration. I was frustrated they treated me like s*** like i had no right looking at a stingray.

I did like Johnny over at Ed Bozarth he treated me with respect and i i could have bought from them but like i said they charged a major addendum and they had nothing i wanted and said they were at their max for 2014 model.

Another thing i asked the dealers except unfairway while i stopped by was courtesy delivery and they all told me that because i decided to go out of state im on my own. I was nice to them all i figured they be happy that i bought a chevy.

Will do the TPW is 1/13 so how long it will take to go down the line if it even starts on time is beyond me i'm looking at mid feb at the latest.

I am surprised that i have only seen 2 stingrays here since they came out. Ill be in CGM havent seen one of those yet.

Wouldn't Museum delivery save about 900 miles and most of the risk of bad weather?
As an added bonus, the Museum delivery looks like a lot of fun.
Also, for the OP, I am pretty sure AC, NJ to Las Vegas is about 2,600 miles, not 2,200.

Yeah your right according to Google maps. My garmin said 2230 for some reason from door to door and thats what i used for reference. My family lives in PA so i am going to see them as well so will use the vette for trans while home then leave it behind to be shipped , another reason i chose Kerbeck.

Either way I have decided from everyones advice here will probably ship it out with one of kerbecks recommended shippers.

Gives you time learn and break in your Vette, do it and enjoy your new C7
