1-800-222-1020 is the Chevy # if that helps. That's from memory so hope it's not failing me now.

CSX railcar tracking 1-800-235-2352 at prompt push 1 say rail car initials say ETTX or type 32-81-81-92 put in rail car numbers or say them say done when prompted for next car #. They will give you a record message. This is all automated no people to talk to.
Union Pacific is 1-800-877-5123 follow prompts say railcar ETTX123456 that is call out initials and numbers as one.

Bee..thanks so much for the update. Tried reengaging again today with both the GM customer service line as well as the dealer and neither were able/cooperative in providing the ETTX number. So you continued status updates are very welcome.

Just attempted to google Gilbert Indiana and couldnt find it on the map..must be a stand alone rail station rather then a town.

At that rate arrival in Pheonix by Friday is a real possibility.

Watson Chevrolet (my dealership) told me 3-5 days upon arrival at Pheonix for offload and delivery
