The doors close ? I've been reading the owner's manual since December 21st and haven't gotten to the door closing section yet. I do have a problem with the battery going down all the time and I need to get that figured out. I'm now on my 5th battery. Maybe never closing the doors causes that ! Do ya think ? TGIF

Since the C7 looks to come without the rubber grips on the exterior door coves, it seems like you're almost dared to touch the paint when closing the door from the outside.

How do you guys close your doors? With your elbow? Palm? Metal latch on the inside of door?
I just blow on it real hard and that also blows any dust or lint out of the car.

I dunno ... I've heard of video proving that if you close the door the wrong way, fire will shoot out of the exhaust and melt any ***** within range.

I blow REAL hard!

In all seriousness, I understand where you are mooning from, I've just chosen not to worry about it. It's too much fun to drive!

Furthermore, I'm not disappointed that the plastic door pad is gone. I love the lines and think the wrap around pad would ruin the look.
