I have been following your saga since our cars were built during the same TPW and I've had mine for 16 days (464 miles as it sits here at work) I can't imagine how frustrated you must be.
How far is the rail yard to your dealer? And if it's any consolation the wait will be worth it.
Cheers
My dealer is 77 miles from the rail yard. They should be getting two C7's, one is mine. It would be nice if they were the first stop to get delivered to.

I tried the customer assistance chat this morning and apparently my car was last seen on rail going through Dalhart Texas and is supposed to arrive in Mira Loma Thursday... This doesn't make sense to me so I'm trying to get a hold of my dealer to activate OnStar and Family Link for me.

Sometimes the chat line isn't very accurate. In my case, I hope it is, but in your case, I'd double check it.

Mine was, truck showed up at 1:09 pm on a Friday afternoon, dealer busted *** to get it prepped for a Sat delivery. My dealers Service Dept is closed on weekends.
The last time I called the exec office they gave me an update and then said from now on, I should call my dealer.
I got a similar response not too long ago. They only told me it was in transit but didn't give me any information regarding rail or location. They told me that if I want that information, I should contact my dealer, even though I told them that my salesman does not give me any information. I called my dealer earlier and left a message saying that I want to activate OnStar, but still no response.

Don't these people know how excited we are? They should be happy to help us that are spending 60k to over 70k for their cars.
Sorry to hear you guys have sorry salesmen. They really are the ones you should be contacting, as they do have access to a lot of the information you seek. You guys should really put more pressure on your dealerships. It's not that hard for them to update you. My salesman gave me updates even while on a week long vacation. They also can get the most accurate and up to date info. Calling all these other sources often yields generic or no info.
I talked to my dealer today to tell him my car was being offloaded and he should be there to get it. He said sure if I give him permission to "hot rod" it back to the dealership 77 miles away. I said on second thought, I'll wait for the transport. I hope it's tomorrow.

Now this is interesting my order number is no longer in the on-line chevrolet.com order tracking system. The chat line is currently unavailable, so I can't chat to find out why. The Dealer website inventory still shows in- transit. The wait is driving me crazy - it must me almost over.

This is definitely interesting! My order is no longer there as well... I really hope it means our cars are here!
Mine was 7/21, due to arrive in Mira Loma ca 8/13 last spotted in Texas Monday Order switch form Ies Standford when order went from 2000 back to 1100
This information is actually very similar to what I got yesterday. I was told mine was spotted in Texas as well. They told me it was due in Mira Loma on Thursday. Do you when when your train left Toledo? Mine left 7/31.
Weren't you expecting an 8/20 delivery?? What a surprise!!! Congrats!! Hopefully all 7/14 tpws get delivered this week.
Yes I was expecting a 8/20 delivery. This is a surprise. I was actually getting ready to take the C6 to get washed and an oil change. And I hope that all the 7/14 get delivered this week also

My dealer just called and said my car has been offloaded in Milpitas and is waiting for a truck. He told me it would be at the dealership in the next couple of days.
I tried the Chevy tracking but it wasent working or they are updating it. I'm going to try it again. Maybe this time it will say at the dealer.
I tried the "track your order" and it's being updated.
