When will it end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Men, move aside - I think we're taking over!

Haha, just kidding, we're happy to share the joy. But the more women I find in these forums the more obvious it becomes that this isn't an all boys club anymore.

The wife said, "You Corvette is absolutely stunning, and my last name is Ford!"
Thumb up, pictures, some drooling, amongst other things I'd venture, waves, comments, you know the drill. The fun one was about a week after I got it. Was parked out by the front doors at a fundraiser, went out during a break, listening watching people fall over it, talking amongst themselves, speculations on who owned it, how much it cost, etc.
Eventually a couple asked me what I thought. (Mind you, I'm in jeans and a t-shirt)...
I played the game for a while, then someone else asked me how I knew for sure...I just hit the lock button on the remote. Reactions to that were worth it
Or when I had both the c5 and c7 in the lot at work. No one knew I had bought it. Had people telling me someone else had beat me to it.
Cuz there was. My (old) one, and a new one behind it, ergo, the new one couldn't be mine.
As to how long it will last... Venture it will be like my c5 - several years. Even 14 years later, I still draw attention when I'm in the c5.
Sorry OP to hijack this thread, but it is kind of an old topic. We're not getting off the hook of being rock stars anytime soon.
I can say that I was pleasantly surprised after taking out my new (loosely speaking) 1969 L46 Lemans Blue coupe the other day, and I easily attracted as much attention as my better half does in the C7. The really cool thing is that I had a few kids drooling over the car, which I find inspiring, thinking they just don't give a hoot about these old cars anymore.
I had a Taco Bell experience, after running errands in "Bluby" I drove through the line, and the late teens young woman who handed my cheap baggy of border-line (HAHA) food said - wow, I REALLY like your car!
TODAY- I am Arby's having lunch. I watch a guy walk up to my car to take a picture (pretty common experience). Then some guys stands up from 4 tables away and yells: do you charge people for taking pictures? I don't even know this dude, he must have seen me walk in. Unbelievable! Then he says: beautiful car.
What an enjoyable experience has been to see so many people moved by the Stingray. Two days ago a Miata owner was admiring the car while I was in the store. I walk out, and he says: that thing must be a blast to drive. How much was it, 100K? I thanked him, and said: nope, Z51's start out $58,000. Should have seen his face, priceless.
Hail to the General, they killed this one

With all due respect, Arby's.....

The majority of girls I know like Mustangs over Camaros. Though, nearly every single one likes the Corvette more. Though, what I hear girls say is, "The Mustang is cute."
Yea, the admirers of this car is almost a constant thing and you get them everywhere you go.
