A total bandaid fix, but you can temporarily play with tire pressures to help. In my gf's POS Saturn, the car would pull to the right even after an alignment. I simply lowered the pressure on the left. I'd run 40 in the right front tire and 37 in the left. In this case though, it really was the tires. New tires fixed then pull.
I have owned my C7 for over a year now and can not get the alignment correct. The car has always pulled to the right, and its not a slow pull. The car will swich lanes in approx 5 secs. The dealer has aligned all 4 tires 3 times and they have replaced the front tires once. Has anyone else had this problem. Im such a perfectionist, and this drives me crazy. Any help or comments is greatly appreciated!
I would suggest looking for recommendations for a good independent alignment shop in your area and have them check it out, since your dealer is clearly missing something.
Not sure if the C7 is configured this way - a unibody with a front sub-frame. Several years ago I had a car that was build that way. Since day one it pulled or drifted to the right. After several dealer and independent shop alignment visits all stating that it was within the specs a shop finally noticed that the front subframe was the culprit. It was skewed slightly off dead center. They loosened the subframe bolts, reset the subframe, realigned it and it was perfect after that.....
(This was the same shop that years later on a different car fixed a bad front end vibration. Know matter how the wheels were balanced it still had a bad vibration around 60 MPH. Turns out that when the front tires were installed the tire dealer didn't drain their compressor of water. Yup, air and water were being pumped into the tire causing the imbalance.)

I'll ask again. What are the numbers?
If you told us the settings it would make it a lot easier to diagnose.
Most people don't get the before and after settings on a piece of paper, esp. not from a dealer. I think it may be something to do with subframes, but it also could be that many unsophisticated alignment shops just align it to within spec range. And range may not work well for these tires, this car and the fact that every road has some "crown" for drain purposes.
Has anybody checked the ride height? I had a car that from new had the same problem and it turned out that the spring lengths differed from side to side. Once I replaced the springs, the problem went away. Since there is adjustment available on the Corvette springs, if this is the problem it should be pretty easy to fix.
