I did the same install.......black fabric already cut 4" x 6" for under $8.00 and the metal adhesive Corvette cross flags for $20.00 + shipping off eBay.
Easy install, take less than 8 minutes for both, looks fantastic.
The black fabric is high quality pre-cut and has a pull off paper on the back to expose the adhesive.
It a simple "peel & stick" then apply the high quality metal Corvette logos.

Visor decal solution
Holy crap batman! You made me feel incredibly lucky. I was sitting in my recliner one night when I all the sudden I got up to go to the garage. About ten minutes later I came back in and my wife asked, what did you do? I told her I peeled the stickers off the visors on my car. No hair dryer, no goo gone, not even difficult. Peeled up a corner till I could grab it and pulled it off slowly. Then did the other side. At the time I thought, why in the world would anyone buy the cover up stickers when removal was so easy! Guess I'm lucky or you sell stickers.
