Is there sufficient parking at the museum or is there an overflow spot that folks should park at or is it not going to be as crowded as I am thinking it will be?
I have always found the Bash to be a great get together. I have met a lot of Corvette people there and most of them go not every year but often. Its a lot better if the rain stays away...

The event will be crowded, trust me, but not so much that space will be an issue. During the event, only Corvettes are allowed to park in the museum's lots. "Metal cars" (as they refer to everything else) are required to park in the overflow areas across the street from the south parking lot. It's a quick and easy walk to the museum so no big deal.

It is indeed a great get together. I've gone every year since going for the first time in 2009 and will continue to go every year until I drop over. What's really cool is that I was so amped after my first bash that my wife has joined me every year after that and she enjoys it as well. Those who attend are going to have a wonderful time.

I have attended the Bash several times. There always seems to be sufficient parking. And since most of the cars in the parking lot are Corvettes, the drivers are careful not only for their cars but for neighboring cars also. Have a great time at the Bash. Norm
If you havent been to a bash and you want to get loaded up with some good tech info, direct from the engineers that build it, as well as be around a ton of other Corvettes...it's a must go. I've been many times...love going...wish the demographics were a little more my age, but so be it. That seems to be shifting slowly. With the track across the highway now also, you gotta go there.

I notice you are from WA, as am I. Driving there every year is quite a jaunt. If you don't drive, what's the best way to get there? Can you fly directly to BG, or must you land elsewhere and the rental car shuffle?

One could fly directly to Bowling Green, if they know of the freedom that is General Aviation. If however, they have to travel with the general public in the tragedy that is scheduled airline service, their best bet is Nashville, KBNA, and a rental car for an hour & fifteen minute drive to Bowling Green.

As much as I'd love to be there with my Corvette, I just don't have the time available. It's likely a four day drive in each direction plus whatever time we spend in Bowling Green / Nashville. Instead, we always fly to Nashville on the day before (Wednesday), rent a car, and drive an hour or so to Bowling Green. We then typically head back to Nashville on Sunday morning, spend a little time there, and fly home late Monday.
Corsa will most likely be there doing exhaust systems at discount.
I am having one put on Saturday. I wouldn't say it's at a discount, but they do offer free installation by a Corsa tech. You have to had ordered the system thru the Museum Store first. It's not a bad price if you are a Member, seeing as how they install right there. I'll be getting mine done at 11 am on Saturday.
