It's small. In this picture it extends a little further to the right, but then it slopes up with the torque tunnel and into the division between the passenger and cargo compartments. This is a 2016 so you can see the power supply and two USB ports. 14's and 15's have an sd card slot there too so the configuration is a little different.
That's a Vitesse throttle control, one of the best mods for the money I've made to the car. Here is an excellent review that was the catalyst to me buying and installing mine:
