They work great, mine have been in for 3 or 4 months now, I forget. I couldn't remember who I bought them from but in my search I did find this thread about the plastic pucks:

Ymmv on those I suppose.

Thanks for the follow-up.

I'd click the thanks button but since there are currently 20 of them displayed on your post, I'm afraid to do it.

The point about the plastic ones breaking in your second link makes me thing that the aluminum ones are definitely the way to go.

How visible are the aluminum ones when looking at the car from "back a ways"? I like the idea of them being highly visible when it's time to get down and place the jack, but my car is white and I'm wondering if I want to see the red-anodized color from a distance (if it shows, that is).

You can't see them. You have to be on the ground looking under the car. Don't forget, this car is only like four or five inches off the ground.

Thank you. Do you think they'd work with skirts as well like the plastic ones do? (I'm guessing yes based on what they claimed in an old thread)

I have them installed with ACS skirts right now. You'll see how the rocker plastic is shaped to allow for a jack to be used at the jacking point.
