Crashed Vette...now what?????

With regard to the shop. The car was brought to the dealer from which it was bought. Their body shop is divided up so this type of car is handled by ONE Body Shop guy. Also, I have documented all calls, emails, and the like to show my interest in handling this car correctly. Any mistakes have been documented for future reference. DV hasn't come into play, my concern is on the re-sale of this vehicle. Does anyone know how to know what will be applied to the Carfax? As in Florida we have 3 years to contest and get a judgement on DV. Again Thank You.
Basically and in the most general terms, DV is anywhere from 20 to 30% of the damages.
Sorry you got hit - stinks, but it happens. Glad you and others weren't hurt. BTW, with that much front damage I'm surprised the bag(s) didn't deploy? Best of luck with the situation.

Next time do some research before you make your comments. You're slightly less likely to look like an idiot.
JD Power Ranked Geico below average in consumer satisfaction, last in repair process and next to last in service interaction.

You're kidding right? That is minor damage in almost everyone's eye.
A rear bumper replacement, and front bumper replacement, radiator and a few other minor thing and you're good to go.
Yes it will remain on car fax forever, however depreciated value is some comfort to that.

Just to bring up another problem with this type of car and perhaps I should ask this under a new thread (get your opinion of that please).
How does a new prospective buyer of this car look at it with a Carfax report. And to complicate the matter. What does Carfax write in reference to both front and rear end damage? ie. Engine damage, frame, to what extent does their report tell the facts of the accident. which would deter any buyer investing the kind of money these cars hold. In my experience lately any dealer has turned down my offer to trade it in even with 100% fix. They are suggesting salvage dealer, pocket the money from insurance to fix it, and sue for balance to make the car whole again by new purchase. I've been online trying to find this vehicle with 0 luck. This is mine:
Car was produced 12-2015, 99+k msrp, 1st owner sold after 4 months owned. i bought it 5-2016.
It is '16, 1yz07, 3lz, spice red pack, comp. sport seats, removable roof panel w/ carbon fiber surround, 8-sp trans. bought used for 89k with only 2401 miles, one month old.

The insurance adjuster said on preliminary exam, outside body only, the hood alone is carbon fiber its replacement is 8k. No mention of internal or engine damage yet in this report. Both body shop and adjuster was noticed by email my express concern that I be told and granted permission to view for myself the tear down which will revel any and all damage caused by this crash.
by the way, the car DID overheat twice and finally smoked and lost considerable radiator fluid before it was flatbed to the dealers body shop.
All advise is appreciated by you guys, thanks again.
Fix car on insurance's dime (unless "totaled".). Sue responsible parties. Don't forget about "diminished value" claim.
Sell car.
Replace.
Get on with life, enjoy new car.
