True, but the knowledge that you're the only person to own the car lasts forever.

Get the 16, true the newness will wear off but it's still will be new to you.

The C7 technically has been seen for almost 5 years already (roughly 4-1/2) to be exact as it debuted in 2013. That 2014 could have been built in 2013 so you have to look at it that way.
If you can get the newer car, go for it.

Funny. I was told not to be thin-skinned. So I will pass these words of wisdom on to you. Don't worry, the dicks are in the minority on this forum.🍻🤕

I would go for the 14 and save the $13K. Every car you see on the road is a used car...

The 16 will throw a lot more money out the door when the front wheels go over the
dealerships curb, At the end of the day they re both C7s and the year does not reflected in the design. A few more bells whistles you may never need on the 16''

Let the guy before you take the hit. A low mile Corvette is usually WELL taken care of. Corvette owners who barely drive their cars have worse OCD about them and they make for a great bargain for the second owner.

Default Warranty

How much of the warranty is transferred to new owner? 14 had a better drive train warranty. Trunk closer is a non issue. Front camera would be nice.

If I was paying cash I would get the 14 if Car Fax checks out. Either way you will be happy!

It all depends on how you plan on using the car. If you plan on tracking the car then you want something newer than a 14 so you can get the PDR. If you plan on going cruising and to cruise ins then don't buy either car. Look for a non Z51 car with the other options you want. Z51 is more track related and if you aren't into doing that then don't bother paying extra for it. Plenty of 14s and 16s without it.

Don't forget to consider warranty difference and that you will likely be able to re-coop some of the initial increased cost difference from the 2016 upon re-sale.

C7 Debut was around October 2013, so the oldest C7 hasn't even been "seen" on the road for 3 years yet.

Guess you dont look over at OFF TOPIC too much!!! Those dudes there think they own the forum and look at the 10,000s of posts they have. This is their life. SAD, Grammar mistakes??? Big deal get a life.

OP if you plan on keeping the car I'd do the 16. I had a 14 and now a 16. If I was flipping the car in a few years the 14 would be my choice.

Soon as you title the 16 its used too,.
