Epic road trip!
Corvette owners should definitely hit the roads in these great vehicles! My wife and I just finished an epic 6000+ mile road trip in the C7 Z51 vert to celebrate our anniversary and it was incredible.
Day 0 - Houston, TX / Denver, CO
Day 1 - Begining of Adventure Drives AD.03 / Denver, CO
Day 2 - Denver, CO / Pikes Peak, CO / Vail, CO
Day 3 - Vail, Co / Grand Teton National Park / Jackson Hole, WY
Day 4 - Jackson Hole, WY / Yellowstone National Park / Big Sky, MT
Day 5 - Big Sky, MT / Glacier National Park / Whitefish, MT
Day 6 - Whitefish, MT / Spokane, WA
Day 7 - Spokane, WA / Seattle, WA / End of Adventure Drives AD.03
Day 8 - Seattle, WA / Tacome, WA / Burns, OR
Day 9 - Burns, OR / Winnemucca, NV / Pahrump, NV / Las Vegas, NV
Day 10 - Las Vegas, NV
Day 11 - Las Vegas, NV / Houston, TX
Pikes Peak 14,110 feet!
Big Sky, MT after midnight!
Mileage was awesome at some points.
Burned it up at others.
Surprised zero tickets...

Couldn't agree more.
I drove out to Pahrump NV from the East Coast in June with stops at Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon and Arches National park as well as about 100 miles on Rt 66 in Arizona.
6000 miles in 13 days. Wonderful trip!
Planning trip to Yellowstone/ Glacier and Grand Teton for next year. Concerned about the crowds in July and August so trying to thread the needle with the weather mid September. Must do the Beartooth Highway and the Going to the Sun road!

Wow, what a great trip. I've always wanted to do something like that only in the New England area. Now if I can just get off my butt and do it.

I would never own one as I can't afford the maintenance. Rob just paid something like $36K to repair a steering rack on an out of warranty McLaren. I must be a cheapskate as I would think I just wasted money that I could use for 1/2 a Corvette.
