I installed the curb alert a few months ago on my 2015 and it was working fine. Then I started to get a lot of false beeps while driving. So I checked all the wires, fuse, and connections and found the ground wire was loose. I tightened the ground wire and now nothing works. Any ideas what I did wrong ? Thanks
Does the unit beep when you start the car? If not, no power. Recheck what you just did. It's real easy to make a bad connection where you are on insulation instead of the copper wire. This can also happen when you don't strip off enough insulation before you crimp on a ring terminal or spade lug.
Good Luck!

Reason: .
Did you push the red reset button on the controller inside the car? I worked on mine over the weekend and found pushing this a few times seemed to bring it back to life.
May also try disconnecting the positive wire and then resetting it.
Does it happen early morning and/or late evening when facing the sun? If so then you are probably catching the sun at just the right angle. It is the only time mine does it.

Maybe a broken wire at the ground connection. Wiring that vibrates with the moving car tend to do this.
I got intermittent alerts, even in the middle of the day. Could this have been caused by reflections off the bumper of the car in front of me?
If alarms are caused by expansion joints or driveways - maybe set to alarm too low. Random, intermittent alarms are often due to a loose wire or questionable ground connection.
