Problem solved!
Your talking the seat base bolsters then? I notice that they make it a liitle tight on the thighs

I had the same issues. i lowered and adjusted best i could. I left home for 7 days with 500 miles and came home 7 days later with 2700 miles. Somewhere in there the seat fixed itself. The 10 interstate hours home were quite comfortable.

Va 219 north bound is very scenic and crookid <br/>

Well I wonder if you are adjusting the seats properly !!! My 1st vette was a C 5 and the C7 are much more comfortable !! I have made two trips 1-3200 miles and the other 4200 miles and I usually drive 600 miles each day !! I am 5ft 9" and 170 lbs !!! Wayne

Make certain the air is out of the side bolsters. It took several tries, but once I did this my seats are great, even my wife likes them. We drove 240 miles to the Carlisle show without stopping. Also try sitting on a 1" thick pillow and see if that helps - it should increase the seat width and not pinch your legs - had to do this in a F-150 I had - worked great.

I think they are comfortable for the most part but I have a little issue with my lats being a little wide even though I have not weight trained in a few years I have to keep re positioning because its a little tight.

C7 manual gearbox with Competition Seats... perfect fit! One of the most comfortable sport car that I ever had

...I'm 40 years old... age matters in this case! With motorcycle (Ducati 996), after 35-36 years old I've got the wrists problem after 1 hour drive! Before that age I never had problem

After 40 I think every 3-5 years something change a lot

I've heard a few people in my Corvette club mention the C7 seats aren't that comfortable. I'm a big guy, 6'2 and 280 pounds and find the seats in my C6 to be very comfortable. I hope you find a solution quickly.

There is a pretty common mod for the left bolster on the driver's seat. The bolster is positioned by a 1/4" steel rod. You pop the seat switch panel loose

and bend the rod out w/ a long screw driver.

This will allow that bolster to flex outward so it doesn't jam the underside of your thigh. When you put the plastic switch plate back on you may see a gap to the leather. Don't worry as the bolster gets sit on for a bit it will take on a permanent new shape and close the gap.
Sorry I have not figured out how to reduce the picture size.
