I have a 2014 Corvette with a fueling problem.
The car-1g1yb3d75E5128503 when out of fuel will fill naturally until about 7-8 gallons are in. It then takes only a minimum flow rate until full. Dealer has replaced Anti-siphon grid,Charcoal cannister, and vent solenoid.
Car was from MacMulkin in New Hampshire thru Corvette Mike in California.
Dealer (Connell Chevrolet) has tried to fix but so far has no solution
No codes are apparent and the nagging problem is frustrating.

2015 here with 27,000 miles. I use to have fill-up problems when I first purchased mine. I stop at various gas stations and notice that not all fuel nozzles look the same. Filling up at some stations were problems and some were not. I have learned not to put the fuel nozzle all the way in and very gently push down on the nozzle while fueling. This technique has solved all my fueling problems.
This problem seems to have come up recently a lot... but my 2016 Z 51 also has the same problem from day one
sometimes I just give up go to another gas station sometimes I just live with it and click thump click thump till it's full

This same problem has happened to me on only one or two occasions at my local gas station. Each time, rotating the nozzle 180*, as mentioned above, has solved the problem.
My '14 never had that problem. Until I had the anti-siphon grid recall done. Now it does it about 50% of the time across the board, and 100% of the time on certain pumps at the gas station I frequent the most.
As it's been said, turn the nozzle upside-down to fill. Sometimes after a few gallons in this position, I can slowly turn it to the normal position to finish the fill.

Same year same problem. There is a recall on the filler tube It needs to be replaced! Don't listen to any other suggestions.

The recall was not because of problems with fueling. It was because the A-S grid had the potential of falling into the gas tank. It affects only a portion of '14s , not the entire MY.
In C5,6,7 there are two tanks, and a pump that equalizes the fuel between then, you may have a pump on the verge of failure, it may be slowiing down but not yet failed completely.
Have them checked that pump ? I'm told pump issues are rare, which may the the reason, nobody is spotting this.
My 14 recently has the fuel problem. I just turn the nozzle upside down or near upside and the problem is gone. Not all nozzles cause this issue. Its not a big deal.

I think the siphon pump that keeps the tank levels equal only runs when the car is on... not while refueling...

Correct. The inlet nozzles installed for the recall still have the anti-siphon grid... that is unless you remove it completely yourself...
Been a number of Threads on this issue and perhaps what some of us do when it happens will help-perhaps not!
I recall a poster on one of these threads discussed what causes the nozzle to trip. He also stated that some nozzles are not adjusted properly.
I had a particular problem at one Shell station and one pump! Although I had occasional problems at other stations lately using another station it has worked fine set at max flow. At that one Shell station ~25% of the time at the same pump it would stop quickly when set at high flow. It would not do much better set at the lowest flow-it would trip. At that pump and when it happens at others (~10% of the time) I turn the nozzle CCW 90 degrees and can pull the lever to full and it fills fine! I obviously have to hold the nozzle in that position. In SC we do not have the "fume capture" nozzles.

Some stations not a problem. One in particular I already know I have to turn the nozzle upside down. Looks dumb but it works.
I have a '14 with the same problem, I have to turn the nozzle sideways and hold it in order to fill it up without it constantly shutting off.
Two weeks ago I purchased a new Cadillac CTS Performance model as a daily driver with the same GM designed fuel door mechanism, guess what, the same GM design is now causing the same fill up problem in my CTS. The solution is the same, turning the nozzle sideways and holding it until the fill is complete.
I have the same issue but only at certain stations. The station close to my house works fine, a station close to my office....the pump continually cuts off. So, to answer you: Try a different gas station.
Wouldn't that then mean that you only can fill one tank ?
Don't think so... the fuel just flows through the crossover tube when the first tank gets full..until both tanks are full.
When the car is running, and the level drops in the left tank, the jet pump moves fuel from the right tank to the left tank until the right tank is empty.
As you can see, the fuel pumped from the driver side tank to the other tank is only enough to drive the siphon pump to move fuel to the driver side tank.
The engine only gets fuel from the left side tank (Line M), so the goal is to keep the left side full.
