Best $200 I ever spent was tire coverage at the dealer when I bought the car from Classic Chevy in SugarLand/Houston TX. Covers any tire damage for 5 yrs, including replacements, from any GM dealer nationwide.
2 months after purchase, got a flat from a nail in my rear driver's tire.
Limped back to dealership, they installed brand new Michellin.
Saved about $500 already....
