She has only been in hibernation for 35 days (but I'm not counting) and withdrawals are setting in.

Talk about withdrawal, went from C6 to C7 on Monday. Snow started Wednesday. View out the front window is the inside of the garage door 'till March.

I went from a C4 to a C6 in Jan. 2011 and like you, had TWO DAYS to drive it before a major snowfall rolled thru leaving snow on the ground for >2 months! The perils of getting a new vehicle in winter.

Mine has been stored over to my friends garage since November 15th. Only has 309 miles on it since taking delivery on October 22nd. Still looking at about 3 to 4 more months! Looking forward to Spring!

I made it until late November, but now hibernating in our heated garage. Withdrawal is a good title! My last 3 sports cars were all 4WD, and I had good winter tires for all of them. So unless it was really bad, I drove them anyway. This is the first car I have ever had that I have put away for the winter, and it's a bummer.

I am expecting to move to Texas in less than a year so these 1 to 2 two month runs of hibernation will thankfully be a thing of the past.

Or southwest Florida! I just got back from spending a week there and must have seen over 300 Corvettes (mostly C7s). The sun was shining every single day and the temps were in the mid 80s every day except one where it only got up to 65. Not a single day of rain. As soon as my wife and I got home we booked another week there for December 2017 (in Marco Island) and we're going to the Fort Myers area in 4 weeks for a 4 day long weekend. We plan on retiring in 5 years and will spend all of our winters down there (and will have traded the C6 for a C7 by then too and will bring that with us every year). I'm sick of the cold and the snow and having to keep my Corvette parked in the garage 99% of the time in the winter (I drove it twice this week but only because the roads were dry and salt free, but last night they salted the heck out of them so it will stay parked for a while longer)

I was good to go until this past Thursday, highway department went ape pretreating the roads (what a waste). Temperatures are expected to be in the fifties later this week. A few showers should clean local roads, hopefully will be on the road again by week's end. I hate winter, cold, all the salt, and snow.

Mine's been parked since mid November, probably won't get to drive it till late May. The real withdrawal pains are going to come next weekend when I'm at Spring Mountain for 3 days watching my wife take the 3 day school.

I walked out the house this morning it was 32°, and the wind was blowing about 20 mph. That stuff was painful!
I did a U turn went back upstairs and got back into bed. Told my wife the paper could wait until the sun gets higher in the sky, as I pulled her in closer to me, and she said get those cold hands off me.
I honestly don't think you could pay me enough money to deal with those kind of temperatures for any length of time.
Hats off to you that do.

I am at Spring Mountain the 23rd and 24th and was hoping it would be the fix I needed to get thru until spring. But now that you say this it will probably make it worse...lol

Have driven mine 2 times since Thanksgiving. Last time was 60 degrees the Tuesday after Christmas. Streets are white from salt now. I think that's it until spring. It's so bad, it's what I in my dreams now!

Mine has been in storage since December. Took the cover off last week to put in my Lloyds mats and realized how much I really miss driving and looking at my baby.
