Default Z06 Wheel paint code help

Hi Guys:

Had one wheel painted and its looks more like gunmetal than the color shown here in picture trying to find correct paint code for 2016 Nickel Pearl - is there a listing somewhere cant find it - could have sworn I gave them correct code and it was a 3 stage color but its a bit darker than it should be so maybe I messed up - any help would be appreciated

I believe I gave them WA269M Pearl Nickel Tri-Coat - maybe they mixed wrong or there are more codes to pick from ?

Thanks the only thing I can come up with have to double check the code they used pretty sure they used 269M - they had to order it because it was tri-color - looks like they are going to have to chip it (color chart it) because it does not match

This is the color difference I am seeing bet my wheels were not painted by GM in WA269M

Some may have been but not all

The code should be WA8867 I will confirm with painter

Resurrecting an old thread....

I ordered the WA269M spray paint from Spectra Paints on Amazon to fix a little cur rash on my pearl nickel Z06 wheels. My experience is same as rsvette12 - the color is more like gunmetal, not even close.I see that Dupli-Color has a WA8867 paint code. I'm going to try that.
Has anyone successfully color matched the Pearl Nickel and can confirm the paint code?

Thanks

WA269M is pearl nickel paint code. I got some but it is much darker than the wheel. Instructions said clear coat would make the paint match. Wrong

I think your choice is the correct one let me know - crazy cant find nothing on it the only other one it could be is this

Sparkle Silver Metallic (Wheel Color)
Color Code: WA9967

But this is darker I think you are correct on your choice to use WA8867

I didn't try repainting I just bought new ones from Bobs house of wheels

Yup, what I got looks closer to the barrel of the wheel than it does the face - not even close!

Budgeen, did you get yours from Sprecta (Spectrum Paints on Amazon?) - that is where I ordered mine. I notice on Paintscratch (https://www.paintscratch.com/touch_u...-Corvette.html ) - the color chip looks about right (as best you can tell on a laptop). Has anyone ordered thru paintscratch?

I can tell you that the Duplicolor WA8867 is NOT the same color as used on the 2016 Z06 pearl nickel wheels - tried it yesterday. You can easily tell the difference from 3 feet away.
