Notice in the video how far back the blocks can go from one end. Are you using the whole range for the blocks?

Yes, I have the front blocks slid as far back as a go and the back blocks slit ahead as far as they will go

Notice in post 7 how far from the end to where the puck would be in the rear...

Notice where the back what is directly under the puck and notice where the front one is with a block slit all the way back is not close to the puck.

Looks like you have the block all the way toward the end of the jack on the label end... block needs to go back to the left, toward the center of the jack...

In this photo it looks like the blocks are where they should be... is your jack facing the same direction?
Looks like your front block needs to slide back, not forward.
There is more adjustment room on one end..both blocks just need to slide as far possible toward the center of the jack, then move the jack as necessary.

could it be that that is a 3500 lb lift, they are 8 inches shorter so therefore the trays would be closer

It looks obvious from the above pictures that the block closest to the yellow label in the video is much farther back than your block, which looks like it is right next to the label.

You need to move the block back here

Yes. I block is pretty close to straight above the label and it has slid back as far as it can go, if I slide it ahead then I got to slide the back back and it's just worse only one of them are going to hit the pucks

Maybe a photo of where YOUR blocks are on the jack to compare to this one would help, instead of just one end.
The block on the right can come right up almost next to the end of the hydraulic cylinder.

Not according to the pictures you have posted so far.

IF you won't post a photo of the whole unit with the blocks in place, then the only way to know for sure is to get someone with a jack that works to measure the distance between the two blocks. It is just hard to believe that no one else has had this problem.

This block can move more to the left....
